1. Return Window

  • We offer a 30-day return policy.

  • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  1. The item must be in the same condition you received it.

  2. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  3. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. If your return is accepted:

    • You’ll receive a return shipping label.

    • We’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the package.

  3. Important: Do not send items back without approval — they will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

  1. Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  2. Contact us immediately if:

    • The item is defective

    • The item is damaged

    • You received the wrong item

  3. We will review the issue and resolve it accordingly.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  2. Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  3. Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)

  4. Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  5. Items marked as “sale”

  6. Gift cards

6. Exchanges

  1. To exchange an item, first complete the return process.

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately for the item you want.

7. European Union – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the EU:

  1. You may cancel or return within 3 days for any reason.

  2. The item must still be:

    • Unused

    • With tags

    • In original packaging

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

8. Refunds

  1. We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

  2. If approved:

    • You’ll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

  3. Please note:

    • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
